They used another address for delivery than mine. The shipping label that was created was addressed to another address than mine. Check the shipping label, and I'm requesting a refund since I didn't get the coins that I purchased.

I have been calling customer service at Auction Ninja, nobody answers the phone, sent an email, no response, what is going on? This is business related, left messages on phone & nobody ever got back to me, not good!

It is not an auction when bidding times are extended, so there are bidding wars with no closing time. Shady, shady, shady.
If it was not timed, that would be acceptable; that is the whole idea of a timed auction.
I have bid for the last time. Bidders beware; it is so they get the most out of their 18%.

Waiting to receive a call back from customer service- not resolved
I cant reach someone to talk to and no one called me back after I wrote my request to get a response.
Resolved: My credit card information was in error and I changed it and need to confirm payment today 03/07
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. My credit card payment didn't go through and I had to fix it with the credit card company to accept the payment because we can't pay by check or cash for Auction ninja items.

I received a message that my account is being reviewed, so I can't open my auction. Bummer! Then, I tried calling Auction Ninja and could only leave a message.

Auction ninja put the item on the wrong credit card, never informed me
Since I have been buying at auction ninja for years, they could have notified me of a credit card problem...that was their fault. It was taken care of when I became aware of the issue and became involved.
It was difficult to find a phone number for auction ninja. However once I was able to communicate directly it was fine.

Hello, re: CHARITY AUCTION- Proceeds Benefit Children with Cancer Toy Drive- Lindenhurst NY- Shipping Available
I won 2 lots and my Mastercard was appropriately charged. I was advised by the seller who apparently uses your House for her business is Christina Long Island Treasure.
After 2 days of us trading some not very nice messages all because I wanted to know which shipping agent she wishes me to use. I paid her for the shipping via Venmo and a Postal One ( or something ) carrier. Since then, Ive had to bother her ( her opinion) because she told me she would be dropping the items the next am. Later that day I asked for tracking.
She kept on putting me off just to get tracking. Finally, she got fed up with me and told me shes cancelling the sale, contacting Post Office to stop delivery. She still has not refunded the Venmo and I question whether she will issue a credit to my Mastercard account, and wonder if she even was shipping anything at all and has she scammed others. I will deal with my Mastercard after a week or so to give time for a transaction, then I would file a formal complaint alleging fraud: I paid for her items she sold and refuses to deliver nor provide a refund.
I respectfully request that you look into this. Ive been a pretty busy bidder and buyer on AN and whatever you can do to assist me in getting the items or refunds
I would appreciate your response with any steps you may take and suggestions for me. Ive never been screwed by anyone from a respected Auction House and dont expect this to be my first.
The BBB would have interest to some degree as well. Please help me?

User's recommendation: Caveat emptor ( Buyer beware)! I advise using extreme caution in bidding or buying anything from Christina Long Island Treasure. Based solely on my experience and communications that she is a scammer. She has blocked me from texting her and still has yet to refund Venmo. I would accept the items if she were to provide me a tracking number. Why didn’t she? Maybe because she had nothing to ship but she did get my money.
